The COVID-19 pandemic saw a disturbing rise in hate crimes committed against people of Asian descent across the United States. So during Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, we wanted to create a campaign that that stood its ground, and acted as a rallying cry, celebrating the richness of the Asian and Pacific Islander experience in a bold, and unapologetic way.

anime expo: gameshow

Anime is as APIAF as it gets. To help boost the profile of Hulu’s second-to-none anime collection, we created a gameshow at Anime Expo in Los Angeles and invited any and all Expo-goers to a real life trivia game show where contestants could show off their anime expertise in front of a live audience.
